By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Squadd is a sports community platform that helps players discover venues, join or host pickup games, communicate with squads, and manage bookings and payments. Venue listings, availability, and pricing are provided by third-party venue partners. We facilitate connections but do not own or operate sports facilities.

This website is informational. Core functionality, including real-time bookings, chat, notifications, and payments, is available through the Squadd mobile app.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the Service, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for spam, unauthorized advertising, or illegal activity
• Circumvent booking, payment, or safety features of the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm the community, with or without notice where permitted by law.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the venue's policy, the timing of your cancellation, and the type of booking. Policies are shown before you confirm in the app. Where refunds apply, they are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to payment provider rules.

Participation in sports involves inherent physical risk. You participate in games and activities at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squaddis not liable for injuries, disputes between users, venue conditions, or actions of third-party partners. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
